On October 22, 2010, Climate Action Network Australia (CANA) held a one-day member workshop in Sydney to consider the “political space and opportunities following the 2010 Federal election and the new minority ALP Government”.
I attended and found it very informative, particularly as a newbie to the climate action scene Australia wide. I was impressed by the large number of wonderful people, from climate action groups (CAGs) far as Hobart and Queensland, who are committed to action on climate change and have been so, in some cases, for decades . I participated in the 100% renewable’s session led superbly by Climate Action Newtown’s Lindsay.
