The Great Snooze button in the sky

Crikey today reports “You won’t find it in the headlines, but last month measurements of CO2 concentrations over the Arctic topped 400 parts per million (ppm) — a level not seen for 2.6 million years.”

If I said to you 20 years ago this could happen and you poo pooed me then today you would be shocked. People concerned about climate change are sometimes called alarmists. I would think they were alert to issues raised through science, and at best called “Alertists” but now I wonder, if the alarm should be going off now?, Truth is many said the alarm should ring at 350ppm but we seemed to have hit the great snooze button in the sky. Are we going to hit the snooze button again ?
